Forest Park is a very pretty park with lots of different scenery to offer. Emma and Logan requested this park immediately when I asked where they would like their engagement session to take place. We started at the history museum and eventually made our way to Art Hill by sunset. It was a very hot and humid day in May but Emma and Logan both possess adventurous spirits and a go-with-the-flow attitude. I love their spirit and love for each other, it truly shows in every one of their photos. Scroll through and learn about their love story below.
"For our first date, he took me to Shakespeare's Pizza, the local pizza place in Columbia and then we went to the movies and saw a horror movie (we're big scary movie fans!)"
"I love how much she cares about everything in life, I love her smile, I love her hair, I love going to sleep knowing she's right next to me, the list goes on and on..."
"Since we're pretty busy people, our favorite things to do is our lazy days! Lounging around the house in our pjs, watching movies, making dinner together - those are the best days!"
"He is the most gentle, caring, and loving man I have ever known. He constantly takes care of me and looks after me without any prompting, emotionally and physically."
"I fell in love with her because she's her. Everything about her made me want to marry her right then and there. If I had to choose, I'd say that her kind heart one me over pretty quickly."
What are you most anxious, nervous or fearful about your BIG day?
Emma: "Crying the whole time and ruining my makeup!"
What's one piece of advice you would give to other couples during their wedding planning?
"RELAX! Don't go in with too many expectations, just let the little stuff go and worry about the only goal you should have: getting married!"
