Last September, I had the absolute joy of photographing the Lehne family as they welcomed their newest addition and officially became a family of four. This in-home lifestyle newborn session was filled with warmth, tenderness, and the kind of love that makes every moment magical. Having photographed the Lehnes when they got married back in 2021, it was especially heartwarming to see their family grow and to capture these precious moments in their journey.
A Warm Welcome
Walking into the Lehne home, I was immediately struck by the beautiful indoor light that filled their space. Natural light poured through the windows, casting a gentle glow that seemed to embrace the family. It created the perfect atmosphere for capturing those tender, intimate moments that make lifestyle sessions so special.
Sweet Moments with Big Brother
One of the most heartwarming aspects of the session was witnessing the bond between the Lehne's eldest son and his new baby sister. Big brother was charming, showering her with gentle kisses and soft touches. His excitement was evident in every shot, from how he carefully cradled her tiny hand to the proud smile that never left his face. He was of course rewarded with lots of treats afterwards and many breaks in between photographs.
